We hired Don to do a small painting project for us moving into a newly purchased older home. The results were extraordinary! The attention to detail and workmanship was stellar. This was not someone coming in and slapping a coat of paint on the walls; it was patching, repairs, carefully sanding to keep dust down, all with a very professional contractor who explained his procedures in details so we better understood the timelines. Very fair with pricing, we immediately hired him for more projects. Our tv room with intricate trim, tall vaulted ceilings, and not-so perfect walls turned out truly spectacular. The walls look beautiful like they were just installed in a remodel. Well, unfortunately… it looked so fantastic; so.. we hired him to do the kitchen and the rest of the house. Ha ha ha!!! Don would make suggestions or give us options along the way. His expertise in the business really makes a difference. He also does carpentry work, and is also knowledgeable in different trades as well. We hired him to do other projects that were done to perfection. It wasn’t just his workmanship, it was his professionalism and integrity. That goes a long way, and we trusted him with our new investment. We have more projects coming and a remodel at another location. We won’t hire anyone else. Thank you Don! We are so happy!

We hired Sandre and Associates Painting for interior painting of our old Victorian home. Don Sandre is extremely pleasant and easy to have in your home. Does meticulous work, and keeps his work areas clean. He went above and beyond with wood trim repairs and preparation prior to painting. We had also previously removed some stairway carpet treads, he did a great job on the stairway, and then returned after dry time to install new carpet treads at no charge. We are so very pleased with his performance that we will be hiring him for exterior painting of our home.

Don did a exterior paint project for me. What was supposed to be 2 colors turned into 7, and the attention to detail is fantastic. I knew I hired the right contractor by seeing how organized and clean his truck was. He also did quite a bit of wood replacement, and even cleaned out my gutters without me even asking. That s little touches that are much appreciated. His pricing was very reasonable with his pricing structure, and he worked with me on a fair price for all the extras I requested throughout the job. I was a pain, because I had a vision in my head. Though this slowed down his progress, he never became frustrated and remained very professional in my late job demands. That meant a great deal to me! Now I have the coolest outside in the neighborhood. The colors are subtle, so it is not a Victorian, but it was those extras that made me so happy! I appreciate Don s service, and I have referred him to other people looking for a painter. Thank you Don! You have a customer for life!

I at first thought the price to get the work done was on the high side but then I came to appreciate the level of attention to detail and time Don invested in staining the new deck to perfection. He could have just slapped a coat of stain down like some other vendors was proposing but Don recommended waiting to let the deck age a bit (which I researched and learned that was the right call). The following season Don came out and power washed, cleaned, sanded, and stained the deck. He treated it like it was his own house and made that deck look stellar.

Don is meticulous about his work and did a great job! He trustworthy, shows up on time and never leaves a mess. He painted our entire house inside and also recently did our exterior.

I hired this company to repaint the guesthouse. It had been years since we did anything to it, and it was time we refreshed it a bit before the holidays. Really happy with the painting service and the customer service as well.
